Summary:

" The Center on Intellectual Property at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law has launched a unique peer-reviewed journal on topics of interest to scholars and practitioners in patent, trademark and copyright law. Titled IP Theory, the online journal is unique because it combines the academic rigor of a law review with the immediacy of a legal blog, according to Mark D. Janis, Robert A. Lucas Chair of Law and director of the center. Janis noted that IP Theory is being indexed as an open access journal, in addition to being available through the usual online subscription services. "The open access feature will make it much easier for readers to find timely and relevant topics and to share them with peers," he said...."
