SPIE celebrates Open Access Week with expanded suite of options

(PS: This press release summaries SPIE's OA options and commitments, including full OA journals and hybrid OA journals. The word "expanded" in the first sentence suggests that some of these OA options are new. But if so, the new ones are not labelled.)
