Portuguese National Workshop from the Medoanet Project. On the first day of Open Access Week, University of Minho performed the National Workshop, bringing together nearly three dozen participants representing universities, polytechnics, institutes, laboratories and other bodies performing scientific research, scientific and professional associations, funders and university publishers.
