``infrastructure SIP submission.'' The EPD certified that the Georgia
SIP contains provisions that ensure the 2010 1-hour SO 2
NAAQS is implemented, enforced, and maintained in Georgia. EPA has
determined that portions of the Georgia infrastructure SIP submission,
provided to EPA on October 22, 2013, and supplemented on July 25, 2014,
satisfies the certain required infrastructure elements for the 2010 1-
hour SO 2 NAAQS.
