This rule was proposed in the Federal Register on April 30, 2012 and concerns volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from wine storage tanks. We are approving a local rule that regulates these emission sources under the Clean Air Act (CAA or the Act). DATES: This rule is effective on December 31, 2012.
