Youtube Can't Even Get Christmas Carols Right

Summary:
In the ongoing saga of just how broken YouTube's automated ContentID system is, Mike Masnick at Techdirt bring us a story of a guy who has gotten hammered by no fewer than four (utterly bogus) copyright claims for a video of himself singing a Christmas carol. Since this carol was written in 1818 it's pretty clearly in the public domain by now and since the singer, Adam Manley, already reminded YouTube of this, you'd think it would be pretty simple. Merry Xmas from the Cartel, everyone.
