Matt Teeters '05 promoted to executive vice president of Alpine Banks in Avon

Alpine Banks recently announced three promotions in its area banks. The three people with new jobs are:• Matt Teeters, executive vice president, Avon.

Teeters began his career with Alpine Bank in January 2006. Originally from Denver, he graduated from Grinnell College with a bachelor's degree in economics in May 2005 and recently completed his MBA from the University of Denver, with graduation slated for August of this year. In addition to working at the bank, Matt also serves as president of the Eagle River Youth Coalition, treasurer of the Eagle Valley Alliance for Sustainability, and as board member for the Eagle Valley Family Assistance Fund. In February, Matt was elected as Vail Valley's Young Professional of the Year. Recreationally, he enjoys traveling with his wife, playing softball, mountain biking, and skiing.
