Invisible Children
August 23, 2013

Among the 1,500 participants that filled Royce Hall on UCLA's campus for the Fourth Estate Leadership Summit was Hoh Moon – a Grinnell College graduate that has a degree in Biology, not to mention some serious violin skills he's been honing since he was 5 years old.

This Korea native enjoys reading, reflecting and writing, and ranked Mark Twain and John Steinbeck as his favorite authors of all time. But in 2006 he read about the activism of Jason Russell, Laren Poole and Bobby Bailey and like so many others, instantly related to them. Hoh elaborates, "I remember thinking, these people carry so much creative passion and generosity. They seemed crazy, adventurous, and passionate while focusing their efforts to make a change."
