Open Thread: What Are You Doing This Summer?
ProfHacker 2013-05-29
For most of us, summer has begun, bringing with it the excitement of starting new projects, finishing older ones, and getting in some relaxation time. Summer collaboration research/teaching opportunities abound as well; readers may want to check out the Hybrid Pedagogy online unconference on critical and digital pedagogies, and the Postcolonial Digital Humanities #DHPoco Summer School. Many of us are planning both research trips and family vacations—the parts we may be looking most forward to over the next few months.
What are your plans for the summer? Do you have any exciting new research, travel or relaxation plans? Are you joining or organizing a reading group or writing group? Let us know in the comments below!
