Looking at Future Trends

EmergingEdTech has a nice writeup of my Future Trends in Technology and Education report.

I wanted to quickly draw attention to two of Kelly Walsh’s points, because they describe key aspects of what I’m trying to do with FTTE.

The information is presented in brief, summary form, making it easy for busy professionals to review and consume the insights provided.

Yes, FTTE is almost telegraphic, and that audience is why.  I prose up those trends elsewhere, like this blog.

each of the trends noted in the newsletter is accompanied by a reference to the source material

This is essential.  It’s too easy to speculate about education’s present or future and unmoor oneself from facts on the ground.

Actually, I’ve been wondering what to do with those references, which currently appear as classic footnotes.  Should I start copying them to Diigo?
