Environmental Justice curriculum

Hello, I am taking a curriculum design class, in which my group has to develop a program to increase awareness of environmental health hazards in a neighborhood in Atlanta. Eventually, the goal is to present the information in a way that will mobilze the local residents towards self-agency and action. Obviously, the locals already know that they live in a neglected area with lots of pollution, etc. But, the main purpose is to motivate the residents to organize themselves into a political advocacy group.
