Leonid Ivashov — Is NATO Really Preparing for War with Russia?

In Ivashov's view, yes, but war is unlikely. This is just a geostrategic move to bind Europe closer to the US (Atlanticism as form of exceptionalism), colonize central and eastern Europe and Westernize its peoples, and put pressure on Russia to Westernize and turn away from China and Asia in general.
