Brain Drain: Greece's Top Student Heads to German University

She is Greece's top student and could have her pick of universities in her home country. But Alexia Papaioannou has decided to head for Germany. Though she has taken a beating in the media, she is far from the only youngster in the crisis-stricken country heading overseas to study.
