Luxembourg, population 524,853, is a founding member of the United Nations. Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn is fighting to secure the country a temporary seat on the UN Security Council. "When we make foreign policy," he argues, "We're not pursuing any hidden agenda." But is the Grand Duchy big enough to land the job?
