Maneuvring Error Wrecks Baltic Cruise: Tourists Being Evacuated From Stranded Cruiseship

Latvia's coastguard started evacuating the cruise ship "Mona Lisa" with nearly 1,000 people on board on Monday, one day after it ran aground on a sand bank 17 kilometers off the coast of Latvia. Tugboats have so far failed to shift the ship which was taking mostly German tourists on a Baltic cruise.
