HYDRAULIC FRACTURING: Texas' top oil and gas regulator calls on Denton to reject fracking ban

Texas' top energy regulator called on the mayor of a gas-producing town to reject a ban on hydraulic fracturing, saying it would amount to a ban on oil and gas production and could lead other towns to take similar action.
