HYDRAULIC FRACTURING: Colo. town's fracking ban changes company's relocation plans

A Colorado company has decided not to expand into one of the towns that last year sought to ban hydraulic fracturing and to instead go elsewhere out of fear of legal liabilities for doing business with fracking companies.
