GAS EXPORTS: Offshore LNG project floats its proposal at FERC

The company leading the charge for floating facilities to liquefy natural gas has filed an application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to move forward with a Texas project, while the only fully permitted project under construction has secured approval to operate at a higher production rate.
