UTILITIES: CEOs: Biden 100% clean electricity goal 'aggressive'

Two utility CEOs yesterday said Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden's plan to phase fossil fuels out of the nation's electric mix by 2035 is "aggressive" given a need for new cost-effective, flexible, carbon-free energy to replace coal and natural gas generation.
