NUCLEAR: 'Something's wrong.' Vogtle inspection raises concerns

Failing components, a Nuclear Regulatory Commission safety inspection and an exodus of craft workers were among the concerns raised yesterday by a team of analysts and consultants who routinely review Southern Co.'s Plant Vogtle nuclear expansion project.
