OIL SPILLS: Native groups line up against proposal to ease use of dispersants in Alaska

Twenty-five years after the Exxon Valdez oil tanker spilled 11 million gallons of crude into Prince William Sound, a coalition of Alaska Native and environmental groups is challenging a government effort to make it easier to use dispersants to break up oil spills along the state's heavily traveled southern coastline.
