Draw on all staves attribute doesn't survive copy/paste shortcut

I select a caesura Symbol, and tick the boxes for "System" and "Draw on all staves". I want to copy/paste it into other positions in the score. Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V retains the "Draw on all staves" attribute. Chord-click or Alt-click doesn't.
