Alt + Arrow Only Selects Chord Note from Same Voice in Inst.

Use Alt + arrow to jump to note in chord even if not in same instrument voice. Often need to quickly move to other voices in chord, even if not in same voice, i.e Split Voice. Alt+ arrow does not allow jump to voice other than the one selected.
