Set note spacing relative to content in just one staff

Summary:

Although Sibelius's note spacing algorithms generally do an excellent job, sometimes the rigid horizontal alignment of notes across multiple staves produces a result that is visually less clear, or aesthetically unpleasing. Of course, it's possible to adjust the position of each note individually to achieve the desired result, but this is tedious. I propose a feature that would function in the same way as the current 'reset note spacing' action, only that it determines the note spacing only based on the content of one specific staff. Perhaps there could be two ways of applying this action: in the first way, the note spacing of other staves would conform to the spacing of the 'master' staff, even if doing so violated their natural note spacings. In the second way, the note spacing would be unique to only the selected staff, with the other staves retaining their spacing as it was before the action. I could imagine such a feature being extremely useful and time-saving for many publishers and individuals, especially those who regularly work with early music and modern notation.
