Garage Band for iPad Style playable fretboard and keyboard

Garage Band for iPad has some great playable windows made big enough for multi-touch gestures like playing chords on guitar, bass and piano keyboard. If the existing fretboard/keyboard windows in Sibelius could be enhanced to include similar functionality, that would be great!
