Allow manual overide

With modern music breaking new ground in formatting and notation, users should be given the opertunity to overide all presets in the score. My idea would be, when the engraver select "Manual Overide", the score, up to that point would remain as is and allow you to select and move anything in the score without restrictions. Of course this would disable any playback and force you to save the score as "For Print or View Only".
