Need option to have system "line" behave like System Text

Certain markings such as Accel., rit., ral. and so on need to be able to appear in multiple parts of the score system similar to system object text like Allegro, etc. Currently, because these other markings contain variable line extensions, they appear in the Line menu. Unfortunately, when placed in the score they do not properly repeat on parts below the top line. There is a need to add an option (in the Inspector would be fine) to direct Sibelius to place the markings as System Objects using the System Object Positions pulldown.
