Sib 8 on Windows: no "User Data" shortcut

Summary:
Previous versions of Sibelius 7.x on Windows installed a folder short-cut in the Start menu for the "User Data" folder, which is at a location which is by default hidden by Windows. The new Sibelius 8.0.0 does not supply the "User Data" folder short-cut. Please bring it back!
