When will you fix the issues with multirests?

Hi there. I have been a Sibelius user for approximately ten years. Recently purchased Sibelius 7.5 and was extremely dismayed to find that you haven't yet addressed the issue whereby inserting symbols or text (of any kind) to the beginning or end of a multirest will break it into one full bar followed by a multirest. There are countless complaints about this on every related forum and I've yet to find a thread where you provided an response, let alone a solution. This issue is EXHAUSTING and must be easy to fix!!!
