automatic combination of 2 end-bar quaver rests in 6/8 time

In 6/8 time, if you end two crotchets at the beginning of the bar, Sibelius should automatically combine the last two quaver rests into a crotchet rest, not leave them as two quaver rests. Except for the slowest of tempos, that bar really has a ¾ feel. I would say the same even if two crotchets are first and last in the bar.
