Quartertone Intervalls and transforming tools

It is inevitable to consider quartertone intervalls as autonomous intervals instaed of "superchromatic alterations " of the "well tempered" ones. Having a given line containing quartertones, it must be thatit's inversion, or retrograde, contains the same quartertone equivalents as the original. Currently, the accidental "1 quartertone up" is transposed a quarter tone down (to natural", ans the accidental for "1 quartertone down" similarly to a flat.
