Lost keyboard shortcut functionality in Sib 8.1

In Sib. 7.5 you could assign a keyboard shortcut to select "All Voices" from the "All Pages" part of the Keypad. In 8.1, even if you add the shortcut in Preferences>Keyboard Shortcuts> Keypad>All Voices and click OK, the shortcut does not work - all other voices (1,2,3,4) can be selected but "All Voice" can't. It is imperative t have this shortcut work; without it, hours can be added to projects. The All Voice selection is used to assign proper dynamics to staves containing multiple voices. Please fix quickly; it was very disappointing to "upgrade" and find vital tools not working.
