MusicXML Export: Tabs are not exported correctly

Tabs are actually not exported the way they are written down. There's no issue if you export the file using the Dolet plugin. In addition to wrong fret and string information, Sibelius exports stroke information for guitar (up/down) as comments. Again, this is not happening if you export with the Dolet plugin. Just try to export the Sample.sib
