System Lines do not repond to "Align in a Row"

System Line Objects, of any sort, do not move vertically in response to an "Align in a Row" command, regardless of what other objects are selected for the Align. As a result, for instance, it is not possible to align System Lines such as "rall..." with System Text Objects such as Tempo text. System Lines are also odd in that (a) they do not display attachment lines, and (b) they do not display Object Rulers when Object Rulers are turned on.
