Removing Empty Space btwn Clef & Key Signatures

In Engraving Rules I'd like to see a "Gap After Clef" setting that would affect ONLY the bars with a clef when adjusting the space between a Clef and a Key Signature. Alternatively, there is already an Initial Clef Width setting in Engraving Rules that doesn't affect ONLY the bars with a clef. (See screenshot.) A seen in the screenshot, when trying to adjust the space between a Clef and KS in the top row using the number "2" in Initial Clef Width, it scrunches the Clef and KS in the bar furthest left and the next two bars (with no KS) are adjusted properly. In the bottom row (using the number "4" in Initial Clef Width) when the space between the Clef and KS is adjusted properly between the Clef and KS in the bar furthest left, the next two bars (with no KS) have too much space. Thus, a new setting in this same window pane called "Gap After Clef" that would affect ONLY the bars with a clef would be welcome for people writing books or instruction manuals for students.
