Get Rid of Startup Music

I can't believe there is less of a fuss about this... but the fact that Sibelius plays a clip from a Sibelius symphony every time it starts is very, VERY annoying. It lasts forever, it's loud, and it gets in the way of users doing any productive work (if you're launching it by opening a file to resume work, it basically forces you to wait for 20 seconds before you can actually do anything - which is appallingly bad user experience). This feature really should either be turned off by default, or should only play the first time Sibelius is opened after installing.
