MusicXML conversion incorrect

After the changing of an instrument on a staff upon the original instrument returning, an exported MusicXML file does not reflect the correct transposition changes. For example. I input Ex 1 into Sibelius. I then export this as a MusicXML file. I then open this MusicXML file back into Sibelius and get Ex 2. The C Clarinet is now transposed incorrectly. There is also a B flat key signature. upon inspection of the MusicXML file I assume the following is missing in measure 3. Brackets are missing from the tags as your software thought they were html tags (incorrectly) and would not let me submit them fully formed. transpose diatonic 0 /diatonic chromatic 0 /chromatic octave-change 0 /octave-change /transpose If I insert the above at the appropriate point (in measure 3 in attributes under key) I get Ex 1 corrected
