Repeated notes after fermata

Perhaps this problem has been reported before. I'm using Sibelius 7.5. When repeated notes follow a fermata, the second note in the series isn't sounded during playback and export. (Sometimes it sounds, but the volume is practically inaudible. I tried to get around it by putting the repeated note on an ossia staff, but then I got unpredictable errors in the sound library. The only workaraound that reliably helped was to remove the fermata and use tempo changes to duplicate the effect of a fermata and breath mark.
