Improvements in cross-staff notes

Summary:
When doing cross-staff notes, there are two big problems 1. If there is another voice at the same time, which is in a distance of a 2nd, the notes collapse in the same space. 2. The slurs are just illogical and they don't cross staff, it has to be made manually
