Previous Version Convertor

I was just wondering about the possibility of the programmers of Sibelius to use the code that exports a file to a previous version and make a little stand-alone app for those that does not have the latest version of Sibelius. Say for example I receive a Sibelius file that was created in Version 8.x, but I have Sibelius 4, then I could open the version 8 into this converter and export it to version 4. Thus far, I have to send files to a friend and wait until he gets the time to convert it for me to version 4. This should be easy and quick to do as the code is already written. It is just creating a GUI and adding the code...or what? PLEASE consider extracting this "Previous Version" function as a separate little utility as well. It might not appear so, but this will really be of great help.
