More pedaling features

Symbols built into Sibelius to notate half (or third, quarter or 3/4) pedaling. It would also be great if the line could match the notation, so that when the pedal is held down normally, the line displays normally, and when half pedaling is required, the line is a little higher. Also, there should be a way to edit the text before the pedal line, in order to use the sostenuto pedal, or some new pedal for a special instrument.
