Different keyswitch handling

This has to be the easiest thing to do in terms of code. Basically the Sound Editor doesn't give an option if the keyswitch should happen after the note is produced or if it should hold on to the keyswitch as the note plays. I have countless libraries that use this method for articulation releases e.g. falls, doits, scoops, etc. Samplemodelling for example, most keyswitches are meant to be applied AFTER the normal note is pressed. I'm developing a new sample library and would hate not being able to include a Sibelius Sound Set for it.
