Selection of a passage with keyboard causes return to page 1

I am experiencing a bug on some of my scores. When in the Spread Vertically" or "Pages Vertically" Display Modes. I select a note that is not on page 1. I select a passage with the keyboard (holding shift down + arrow keys) the display will jump to page 1. In addition, if I have a passage selected and I hit "repeat" (R) the display will jump to page 1. Preferences: Score Position. During input and editing: "Follow section" is checked and "Center Selection" is unchecked. 1) if I turn on "Center Selection" instead of jumping to page 1 the selection moves to the center of the screen. This makes sense. 2) if I turn off "Follow Selection" the jumping stops. Score is attached.
