Special barlines splitting multirests.

The new behaviour in 8.7.2 has merit. But consider a section in 7/4 time, which has been 'split' with a dotted barline. The Split Bars function works well. But even if one of the non-splitting barline types is chosen, it still splits a multirest. If this can be made to work properly, perhaps Dashed should be added to the list of non-splitting special barlines. Or new types could be added - splitting-dashed and non-splitting-dashed.
