Start reepat barlines are too close to notes in previous bar

Noticed this in Sib 8.6 and it continues into 2018.1 Start repeat barlines collide with notes in a previous bar if they occur in the middle of a staff. It happens with beamed notes (not flagged) in durations shorter than a quaver.
