composing locking triplets or other different Time Key Signature

Hi everyone, I hope in the next future to improving Sibelius with independent "Key Signature” and “Time Signature” inside the same score, and to lock triplets or other for composing quickly. For example .. opening keypad I will able to lock a triplets like a eight note and so on. This possibility would like for composing so fast or writing own improvvisation in triplets form. I hope I explained my idea. All the best Gaetano Randazzo
