Dynamic range in Sibelius Sounds / tuning by .scl

Summary:
Various instruments in the latest version of Sibelius Sounds (with Sibelius Ultimate 2018.7) have very different dynamic ranges. For example, in the bassoons, and in the French Horns, the is little difference between playing a note with ppp, and later (the same note) fff. With other instruments (flutes, oboes, clarinets, Saxohpnes. trumpets, timpany, Strings) the diference between ppp and fff is considerably greater. This creates a lot of issues for the balance of a performance. If you need the French Horns to be very soft, you will not be able to have them punching loud at other instances in the score: they will sound then like other instrumnets bein played mf. The same for the bassoons. Wither is is necessary to change the sample library (ok, I'll have to wait quite long for that), or it is possible to have some "tweak" in the sib Player so it allows us to adjust the dynamic range (they have a similar feature in Modartt Pianoteq for years now). As for the Siblius Player, once again, it would be great if it just would allow us to apply tuning files of the format .scl. Sibelius would not have to be limited to quartertone tuning anymore.
