Scanning from Photoscore and importing to Sibelius

When you scan music that has lyrics attached in Photoscore and import it into Sibelius, why o why does it a) have the treble and bass of the piano lines overlapping the words. Please fix this. AND, b) the words are all over the place, sometimes it takes hours to sort out a song or hymn with four lines of lyrics imported into Sibelius Its' even worse if there was a block verse attached at the end of the piece you have to write that all out again as in that case half the lyrics may be found anywhere on page one even overwriting the notes or other lyrics and some may be floating around the music staves on page two...a real mess . They are fine when they leave Photoscore and approximately in the right position compared with the notes they are to be sung with, or in a block at the end of the song, but once imported into Sibelius 7.1 e. g. four words may be attached to the first note and none to the next four notes as they were when sent from Photoscore. c) same problem with guitar chords as they get moved on importing. I also want Sibelius to be able to cope with accents from other languages. and I also don't want half of verse three to appear in verse two's lines. At the moment its terrible. Music import is fine, but not with the guitar chords or lyrics especially lyrics with multiple verses Please please can you save users hours of work sorting these things out.
