[Orin Kerr] NPR’s ‘All Things Considered’ on Facebook v. Vachani

As regular readers know, I recently helped file a petition for rehearing in Facebook v. Vachani, an important Ninth Circuit case on the scope of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
