[Eugene Volokh] Annapolis stun gun ban challenged on Second Amendment grounds

Hulbert v. Pantelides, just filed today in federal district court, claims that the Annapolis ban on stun guns violates the Second Amendment; I’m pleased to say that I’ll be consulting a bit on this litigation.
